앱에서 바로 삭제하기
- 자동차검사알리미 앱을 엽니다.
- 「내 차」 화면 오른쪽 위 계정 아이콘을 누릅니다.
- 설정 → 계정 삭제를 누르고 확인합니다. (오래전에 로그인했다면 본인 확인을 위해 한 번 더 로그인하거나, 이메일 계정은 비밀번호를 다시 입력합니다.)
앱을 쓸 수 없을 때
로그인에 쓴 계정(Google 이메일, 가입 이메일 또는 카카오 닉네임)을 적어 maeve.soiio@gmail.com 으로 「계정 삭제 요청」을 보내 주세요. 본인 확인 후 7일 안에 삭제하고 결과를 회신합니다.삭제되는 정보와 보관 기간
- 즉시 삭제: 로그인 계정 정보(이메일·이름·사용자 ID, 이메일 가입의 경우 비밀번호 해시, 카카오의 경우 회원번호·닉네임·동의한 이메일), 계정에 보관된 차량 목록(차량번호·차종·색상·검사 만료일).
- 별도로 보관하는 정보 없음: 운영자는 삭제 후 이 정보를 따로 보관하지 않습니다.
- 휴대폰에 남는 정보: 휴대폰 안에 저장된 차량 목록과 알림은 계정 삭제와 별개로 남으며, 앱에서 차를 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 사라집니다.
- 로그아웃만으로는 계정이 삭제되지 않습니다.
Delete your account in the App
- Open the 자동차검사알리미 app.
- Tap the account icon at the top right of the “내 차” (My cars) screen.
- Tap 설정 (Settings) → 계정 삭제 (Delete account) and confirm. You may be asked to sign in once more (or re-enter your password for an email account) to verify it is you.
If you cannot use the App
Email maeve.soiio@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and the account you signed in with (Google email, sign-up email or Kakao nickname). We will delete the account within 7 days after verification and reply to you.What is deleted and what is kept
- Deleted immediately: your sign-in account information (email, name and user ID; for email sign-up also the hashed password; for Kakao the member ID, nickname and email if you agreed) and the vehicle-list backup stored with your account (plate number or nickname, body type, color, inspection expiry date).
- Nothing is retained by us after deletion.
- Data on your phone: the vehicle list and reminders stored on your device are not affected; they are removed when you delete them in the App or uninstall the App.
- Signing out does not delete your account.
