How to request deletion
- Email support@twoshotpro.com with "Delete my account" in the subject line.
- Include the email address you signed up with, so we can verify it is you.
- We reply within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification.
No app install or extra steps are needed, and there is no charge.
What gets deleted
- Your account — the identifier from your sign-in (Kakao, Google or email), plus name, email and profile photo
- Every generated photo in your private gallery
- Your remaining credit balance and the personal details attached to your purchase history
- Any invitation page you created, along with its photos and text
The selfies you upload are never kept long-term. They stay in private storage only while a generation is running (usually 2–10 minutes) and are deleted as soon as it finishes, so there is nothing to request.
What is kept
Payment records we are legally required to keep are retained for that period only: under Korean e-commerce law, payment and supply records for 5 years and consumer complaint or dispute records for 3 years. These hold the amount and date of a purchase, stored separately from your account and photos. Nothing else is kept.
Deleting your account also forfeits any unused credits; they are not refunded.
Deleting photos but keeping your account
Email the same address and tell us what to remove — we can clear your gallery alone. You can also delete photos one at a time from the My Photos screen.

삭제를 요청하는 방법
- support@twoshotpro.com 으로 메일을 보내 주세요. 제목에 "계정 삭제 요청" 이라고 적어 주시면 됩니다.
- 본문에 가입할 때 쓴 이메일 주소를 적어 주세요. 본인 확인을 위해 필요합니다.
- 접수 후 영업일 기준 3일 안에 확인 메일을 드리고, 확인이 끝나면 30일 이내에 삭제합니다.
별도의 앱 설치나 절차 없이 메일 한 통이면 됩니다. 처리 비용은 없습니다.
무엇이 지워지나요
- 계정 정보 — 로그인(카카오 · Google · 이메일)으로 받은 계정 식별자와 이름 · 이메일 · 프로필 사진
- 내 사진첩에 저장된 생성 결과 사진 전부
- 남은 크레딧 잔액과 구매 이력에 연결된 개인 식별 정보
- 청첩장을 만드셨다면 그 청첩장과 거기에 담긴 사진 · 글
생성에 올리신 원본 셀카는 애초에 영구 보관하지 않습니다. 생성이 처리되는 동안(보통 2~10분)만 비공개 저장소에 머물다가 끝나는 즉시 지워지므로, 따로 요청하실 것이 없습니다.
남는 것이 있나요
법령에 따라 보관 의무가 있는 결제 기록은 그 기간 동안만 남습니다. 전자상거래법에 따라 대금 결제 및 재화 공급 기록은 5년, 소비자 불만 및 분쟁 처리 기록은 3년간 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 이 기록에는 결제 금액과 일시가 남으며, 계정 · 사진과는 분리해 보관합니다. 그 밖의 정보는 남기지 않습니다.
계정을 삭제하면 사용하지 않은 크레딧도 함께 소멸되며, 환불되지 않습니다.
계정은 두고 사진만 지우고 싶다면
