삭제를 요청하는 방법

본문에 가입에 쓴 이메일 주소(구글·카카오 로그인이면 그 계정의 이메일)를 적어 주세요. 다른 정보는 필요 없습니다.
같은 이메일로 본인 확인 후 영업일 7일 이내에 삭제하고 완료 메일을 드립니다.

무엇이 지워지나요

계정(이메일·이름·로그인 연동 정보)과 앱·웹의 이용 기록
사주 분석에 입력한 출생 정보와 생성된 리포트, 저장된 결과
보유 중인 쿠폰·이용권(삭제 후 복구되지 않습니다)

남는 것이 있나요

「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 결제·계약 기록은 5년, 분쟁 처리 기록은 3년간 이름·결제 식별 정보만 분리 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 이 기간에도 다른 용도로는 쓰지 않습니다.

계정은 두고 정보만 지우고 싶다면

같은 이메일로 「데이터 삭제 요청」이라고 보내 주시면 출생 정보·리포트만 지우고 계정은 유지합니다. 개인정보 처리 전반은 개인정보처리방침을 참고하세요.

How to request deletion of your account and data

Email maeve.soiio@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request".
Include the email address you signed up with (for Google or Kakao sign-in, the email of that account). Nothing else is needed.
After verifying that the request comes from that address, we delete the account within 7 business days and confirm by email.

What is deleted: your account (email, name, sign-in links), usage history, the birth details you entered, generated reports and saved results, and any unused coupons or passes (not recoverable).

What is kept: under Korean e-commerce law, payment and contract records are retained for 5 years and dispute records for 3 years (name and payment identifier only), stored separately and then destroyed.

To delete only your data while keeping the account, send a "Data deletion request" from the same address. See the Privacy Policy for details.
