Privacy Policy
1. Your photos stay on your device
K-Booth performs all beauty retouching, makeup, looks, filters, AR stickers and FILM mode effects (film looks, grain, flash, date stamp, borders) on your device. Photos and face data are never uploaded or stored on any server, and we cannot see your photos. An image leaves your phone only when you tap Share and pick an app.
2. Face detection
We use Google ML Kit's on-device face detection to place retouching (smooth skin, slim, bigger eyes), makeup (lips, blush, brows) and face-tracking AR stickers. Face positions and contours are used in memory only while drawing the screen and are discarded immediately. We do not identify people, do not create face templates and do not store biometric data. The ML Kit model is bundled with the app and runs offline. Like other Google ML Kit apps, the library may send Google anonymous diagnostics (device model, OS and app version, API performance) to keep it working; it never sends images or face data. Personal Color analysis also runs entirely on your device: it reads skin color from one captured frame, and the result (season, palette and the measured skin values, plus the photo you analysed if you keep it) is saved only inside the app on your phone so you can reopen it. It is never uploaded, and you can delete it by retaking the analysis or clearing the app's data.
3. Permissions
Camera: used only for the live preview and taking photos.
Saving photos: the finished image is written to your gallery only when you tap Save (storage permission is requested only on Android 9 and below).
Photo picker: only the photos you choose are read (Android photo picker).
On iPhone: Camera for preview and capture; Photos 'Add only' access to save the image you choose to save; and the system photo picker to open a photo you select. Nothing is uploaded.
4. Advertising
iPhone (App Store) version: no ads. The iPhone version contains no advertising or tracking SDK, does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. The rest of this section applies to the Android (Google Play) version only.
Android: since version 1.0.1 the free version shows Google AdMob ads: a banner at the bottom of the result screen, and a rewarded video only when you choose 'Watch an ad — save this one'. There are no ads on the camera screen or when the app opens, and Pro owners see no ads. To show and measure ads, Google may collect device identifiers such as the advertising ID, IP address and ad interaction data under Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads). You can reset or delete the advertising ID in your phone settings (Settings > Google > Ads / Privacy > Ads), which turns off personalized ads. In the EEA/UK a consent form appears first. Photos and face data are never shared with ad services.
5. Payments
Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play on Android and by Apple (App Store in-app purchase) on iPhone. We never receive card numbers or payment details; only whether you own Pro is recorded on your device, and you can restore it with 'Restore purchase'. Refunds follow the refund policy of Google Play or Apple.
6. Data we store and deletion
Only app settings such as language and watermark are stored on your device. There is no sign-up, and we do not collect names, emails or phone numbers. Uninstalling the app removes these settings. Because no photos or personal data are sent to any server, there is no account to delete.
7. Children
This app is not directed to children under 13.

1. 사진은 기기 안에서만 처리합니다
케이부스는 뷰티 보정·메이크업·룩·필터·AR 스티커·FILM 모드 효과(필름 색감·그레인·플래시·날짜 도장·테두리)를 모두 이용자의 기기 안에서 처리합니다. 사진과 얼굴 정보는 서버로 전송하거나 저장하지 않으며, 회사는 이용자의 사진을 볼 수 없습니다. 이미지는 이용자가 [공유]를 눌러 앱을 고를 때만 기기 밖으로 나갑니다.
2. 얼굴 인식
보정(피부·갸름하게·눈 크게)·메이크업(입술·블러셔·눈썹)·얼굴을 따라가는 AR 스티커 위치를 맞추기 위해 Google ML Kit 의 기기 내 얼굴 검출을 사용합니다. 얼굴 위치·윤곽 정보는 화면을 그리는 순간에만 메모리에서 쓰이고 바로 버려집니다. 얼굴로 사람을 식별하지 않고, 얼굴 템플릿이나 생체 정보를 만들거나 저장하지 않습니다. ML Kit 모델은 앱에 들어 있어 인터넷 없이 동작합니다. 다만 ML Kit 라이브러리는 Google 의 다른 앱들과 마찬가지로 성능 유지를 위해 익명 진단 정보(기기 모델·OS·앱 버전·API 성능)를 Google 에 보낼 수 있으며, 사진이나 얼굴 정보는 보내지 않습니다. 퍼스널컬러 진단도 전부 기기 안에서 처리합니다. 촬영한 한 장면에서 피부색을 읽고, 결과(계절·팔레트·측정한 피부색 값과 진단에 쓴 사진)는 다시 열어 볼 수 있도록 이용자의 기기 앱 안에만 저장합니다. 서버로 보내지 않으며, 다시 진단하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 삭제됩니다.
3. 권한
카메라: 미리보기와 촬영에만 사용합니다.
사진 저장: 사용자가 [저장]을 누를 때만 완성 이미지를 갤러리에 저장합니다(안드로이드 9 이하에서만 저장소 권한을 요청합니다).
사진 선택: 사용자가 고른 사진만 읽습니다(안드로이드 사진 선택기).
아이폰: 카메라는 미리보기·촬영에만, 사진은 '추가만 허용' 권한으로 이용자가 저장한 이미지만 앨범에 넣고, 사진 불러오기는 시스템 사진 선택기로 이용자가 고른 사진만 읽습니다. 어디에도 올리지 않습니다.
4. 광고
아이폰(App Store) 버전에는 광고가 없습니다. 아이폰 버전에는 광고·추적 SDK 가 들어 있지 않고, 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 쓰지 않으며, 다른 회사의 앱·웹사이트에 걸쳐 이용자를 추적하지 않습니다. 이 항목의 아래 내용은 안드로이드(Google Play) 버전에만 해당합니다.
안드로이드: 1.0.1 버전부터 무료 버전에 Google AdMob 광고가 나옵니다. 결과 화면 아래 배너, 그리고 이용자가 직접 '광고 보고 이번 한 장 저장'을 누를 때만 나오는 보상형 동영상입니다. 촬영 화면과 앱을 열 때는 광고가 없고, 프로를 구매한 분께는 광고가 나오지 않습니다. 광고를 보여 주고 성과를 재기 위해 Google 이 광고 ID 등 기기 식별자, IP 주소, 광고 반응 정보를 Google 개인정보처리방침(https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads)에 따라 수집할 수 있습니다. 휴대폰 설정(설정 > Google > 광고 또는 개인정보 보호 > 광고)에서 광고 ID 를 재설정하거나 삭제하면 맞춤 광고가 꺼집니다. 유럽(EEA·영국)에서는 먼저 동의 창이 뜹니다. 사진과 얼굴 정보는 광고 서비스에 전달되지 않습니다.
5. 결제
프로(Pro)는 1회 구매로, 안드로이드는 Google Play 결제, 아이폰은 Apple(App Store 인앱 구매)로 처리됩니다. 회사는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않으며, 구매 여부만 기기 안에 기록하고 [구매 복원]으로 다시 불러올 수 있습니다. 환불은 Google Play 또는 Apple 의 환불 정책을 따릅니다.
6. 저장하는 정보와 삭제
언어·워터마크 같은 앱 설정만 기기 안에 저장합니다. 회원가입이 없으며 이름·이메일·연락처를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 설정도 함께 지워집니다. 서버로 보내는 사진·개인정보가 없으므로 삭제할 계정도 없습니다.
7. 아동
이 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
